If you are shopping for the first time at Mitchell and Mocca eShop fill in the required data at the delivery fulfillment and you will get a new client account. Please save your login data, your user name and password for the next deal with Mitchell&Mocca. As a regular customer you can login with your user name and password.
After that you may choose your products and complete the deal.
Now you have to go to the cash register, choose your delivery and payment alternatives and the deal with Mitchell & Mocca® is done.
As soon as the order is confirmed by e-mail, you may look forward for the delivery of your product to your delivery address.

Shipping and delivery time
Our delivery partner in Germany is Hermes parcel service. For international delivery we use DHL.
Within Germany we deliver door to door including insurance for only 4,49 € at any delivery value. That means you can choose as many items as you want and we will charge only 4,49 €.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days from payment receipt. In case of a delivery abroad the delivery time varies between 3 and 10 days.
Please keep in mind that prepayment requires banking times of 1-3 working days.
Directly after the delivery has left our warehouse and was handed over to DHL/ Hermes, you receive a delivery confirmation and all information about your delivery. So you can control every step of the delivery.
If you are not at home during the day, DHL/ Hermes will leave a message in your post box or hand it over to your neighbour. You can also give us another delivery address, where another person may accept the delivery for you. Please keep in mind that a delivery to a DHL packaging station is not possible.
Payment
1. Payment by prepayment You receive our bank details with the order confirmation and pay in advance. Your product is delivered immediately after payment receipt. See Shipping and delivery time for details about delivery time and banking times.
2. Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card is easy and comfortable (possible with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and DinnersClub). You just enter your credit card number, the validity date and the test number and we check the data just in time and via a 128-bit-ssl-encryption by MoneyBookers (www.moneybookers.com). This is our partner for save and uncomplicated payment.

Replacement and return
You may return every article without reason within 14 days or replace it by another article, if this article can be delivered.
The product must be unused and all markers must be at their place. Clothes must not be in the original packaging, but send in an additional box. The original packaging is not part of the cloths. But we reserve the right to reduce the purchase price if the cloths are dirty, sticked or worn out in an improper way. All additions, such as buttons and stickers must be included and cannot be kept by the client.
If you want to return the product, we will pay back the purchase price. It may take 10 days till the money is booked to your account.
In case of a replacement you will send back the article by using the postage form via any delivery service and we will send the new article to you if you have already paid for the shipping.

Fill in the form for the fulfillment of return and replacement.
Put the form into the package, the return number on the form will be registered and connected to you.
Bring the package to the post office or a delivery service and put a postage form on it.
Please keep in mind:
You need to send the package only free of charges. Unheralded and insufficiently postpaid packages are not accepted and will be returned at your cost.
After we have receipt the returning package, we will pay back the purchase price or deliver the new product to you.
